We had a major leak coming through the pitched roof, and after inspection, it turned out that several battens were completely rotten, some tiles were broken, and the felt had been severely damaged by the water over time. This trader was excellent from start to finish. Communication was clear and professional, he was punctual and reliable, and he even managed to carry out the repairs a day earlier than originally planned. Something we truly appreciated, as any further rain could have caused even more damage inside the property. The repair was carried out thoroughly and efficiently, and we’re very pleased with the result so far. We wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again in the future or to recommend him to others.
